Microsoft Publisher has a built-in wizard for creating business cards, thus making our task much easier. First, start Microsoft Publisher from the start menu.

• Start >  All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Publisher 2003

When you open Publisher you should be presented with the following screen.

Using the menu on the left (circled in red above) select:

• Publications For Print > Business Cards

Now select a business card of your liking by double clicking on it. Congratulations, your business card is well underway. The new screen in front of you is known as a wizard, it will guide you through the rest of the business card creating process.
